BAYFIELD COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMITTEE
DECEMBER 17, 2020 AT 4:00 P.M.
BOARD ROOM, COUNTY COURTHOUSE
WASHBURN, WISCONSIN
The Bayfield County Planning and Zoning Committee of the County Board of Supervisors will
hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 17, 2020 at 4:00 P.M. in the Board Room of the
Bayfield County Courthouse in Washburn Wisconsin relative to the following:
R Douglas O’Leary Trust, owner and Michael Furtak, agent request a conditional use permit
to operate a Multiple Unit Development consisting of (3) existing units for a private resort/family
compound. Structure #1 is a 1-Bedroom Residence (295 sq. ft.) with proposed addition (30’ x
25’) (includes ½ deck-½ screen porch); Structure #2 is a 3-4 Bedroom Lodge (67’ x 43’) with
steps (West), fireplace (South), bay windows (North) & (South); and Structure #3 is a 1-
Bedroom Bunk House (13’ x 10”) with steps to the (West) & (East).
Included in this request will be the requirement(s) of the Environmental Impact Analysis (EIA) / reclamation
plan, which will be addressed separately.
Property is an R-RB zoning district; a 9.23–acre parcel (Tax ID# 10218) in Doc # 2015R-
559378, Vol. 1145, P.20; described as that portion of Lot 10, Goff Re-Subdivision of Gov’t Lots 1
and 2, Section 4, Township 43 North, Range 7, less Lot 10 of Lot 1, CSM# 788; Town of Cable,
Bayfield County, WI.

All interested parties are invited to attend said hearing to be heard. Any person wishing to

and Zoning Committee will hold its regular monthly meeting.
