BOARD ROOM, COUNTY COURTHOUSE WASHBURN, WISCONSIN The Bayfield County Planning and Zoning Committee of the County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 17, 2020 at 4:00 P.M. in the Board Room of the Bayfield County Courthouse in Washburn Wisconsin relative to the following: R Douglas O’Leary Trust, owner and Michael Furtak, agent request a conditional use permit to operate a Multiple Unit Development consisting of (3) existing units for a private resort/family compound. Structure #1 is a 1-Bedroom Residence (295 sq. ft.) with proposed addition (30’ x 25’) (includes ½ deck-½ screen porch); Structure #2 is a 3-4 Bedroom Lodge (67’ x 43’) with steps (West), fireplace (South), bay windows (North) & (South); and Structure #3 is a 1- Bedroom Bunk House (13’ x 10”) with steps to the (West) & (East). Included in this request will be the requirement(s) of the Environmental Impact Analysis (EIA) / reclamation plan, which will be addressed separately. Property is an R-RB zoning district; a 9.23–acre parcel (Tax ID# 10218) in Doc # 2015R- 559378, Vol. 1145, P.20; described as that portion of Lot 10, Goff Re-Subdivision of Gov’t Lots 1 and 2, Section 4, Township 43 North, Range 7, less Lot 10 of Lot 1, CSM# 788; Town of Cable, Bayfield County, WI.
