Delta Lodge Expandable Condominium and Eintheo LLC, owners, Brandon Engholm, agent are expanding their condominium plat and requesting a conditional use permit (in a shoreland zone w/wetlands) for an expansion of their the existing multiple unit development (from 18 units to 20 units).
