Kristin Spangler requests a conditional use permit (in a shoreland zone w/wetlands) to construct a new residence in an F-1 zone and operate a 2-Unit Short-Term Rental; consisting of: existing residence (880 sq. ft.) and new residence (A-frame w/deck-600 sq. ft.). Christopher & Jennifer Weigel request a conditional use permit to operate a 2-Unit Short-Term Rental; consisting of existing residence (784 sq. ft.) and existing 2nd-Story garage (560 sq. ft.)
