BAYFIELD COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMITTEE
FEBRUARY 17, 2022, AT 4:00 P.M.

The Bayfield County Planning and Zoning Committee of the County Board of Supervisors will hold
a public hearing on Thursday, February 17, 2022, at 4:00 P.M. in the Board Room of the Bayfield
County Courthouse in Washburn Wisconsin relative to the following:
Russell & Nancy Iverson are petitioning for a zoning district map amendment. The parcel is an
8.0-acre parcel (Tax ID #12784), described as a parcel in the SE ¼ of the SW ¼, in Doc# 2017R-
568712, Section 16, Township 46 North, Range 7 West, Town of Delta, Bayfield County, WI from
F-2 to Ag-1. Metes and bounds & easement description(s) available on Planning and Zoning Committee website.
Joseph & Mary Horozaniecki request a conditional use permit (in a shoreland zone) for multiple
residences on a parcel [consisting of existing residence (28’ x 56’) with irregular deck (10’ x 12’
(+-) and a new garage with a 2nd story residence above (28’ x 24’) at a height of 23’. Property is
an R-1 zoning district; a 2.64–acre parcel (Tax ID# 7651), described as a parcel in Gov’t Lot 1 in
Doc# 361422/361561, in Section 23, Township 51 North, Range 6 West, Town of Bell, Bayfield
County, WI.
Immediately following the public hearing, the Bayfield County Planning and Zoning
Committee may approve, modify and approve, or disapprove the requested items and/or proposed
amendments and formulate and adopt its recommendations to the Bayfield County Board of
Supervisors (if applicable).

All interested parties are invited to attend said hearing to be heard. Any person wishing to attend

Committee will hold its regular monthly meeting.
