BAYFIELD COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMITTEE
MAY 19, 2022 AT 4:00 P.M.

WASHBURN, WISCONSIN
The Bayfield County Planning and Zoning Committee of the County Board of Supervisors
will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 19, 2022, at 4:00 P.M. in the Board Room of
the Bayfield County Courthouse in Washburn, Wisconsin relative to the following:
Gregory & Kimberly Dalbec (in a shoreland) request a conditional use permit to construct
and operate a [Campground, [Public] (*EIA required)] consisting of a parking lot; and 30
RV sites with water and sewer hook-up. No structures will be constructed. Property is an
R-RB zoning district; a 4.0–acre parcel (Tax ID# 1283), described as a parcel in Gov’t Lot
7 in Doc# 2018R-573264 in Section 3, Township 44 North, Range 9 West, Town of
Barnes, Bayfield County, WI. Included in this request will be the requirement(s) of the
Environmental Impact Analysis (EIA).
Kimberly Suske (in a shoreland) requests a conditional use permit for Multiple Structures
on a parcel; consisting of an existing residence (40’ X 30’) with front porch (14’ x 5’); back
deck (11.9’ x 9’); patio (10’ x 7’); and existing garage w/bunkhouse w/cement slab (38’ x
26’). Property is a substandard lot in an Ag-1 zoning district; a 2.85–acre parcel (Tax ID#
6986); described as S 198’ of Lot 21, A A Bigelow & Co Subdivision in Doc# 2011R-
539906 in Section 29, Township 49 North, Range 4 West, Town of Bayview, Bayfield
County, WI.
