BOARD ROOM, COUNTY COURTHOUSE WASHBURN, WISCONSIN The Bayfield County Planning and Zoning Committee of the County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 15, 2022 at 4:00 P.M. in the Board Room of the Bayfield County Courthouse in Washburn, Wisconsin relative to the following: David & Susan Barninqham are petitioning for a zoning district map amendment. The parcel is a 5.0-acre parcel (Tax ID #4883) described as S1/2 SW1/4 SW1/4 NW1/4, in V. 424 P. 329 Section 22, Township 50 North, Range 4 West, Town of Bayfield, Bayfield County, WlfromR-RBtoF-1. Ludzack Properties LLC, owner and Karl Kartrosky, agent request a conditional use permit to convert a commercial building into a Multiple Unit Development (4-unit apartment building). Property is an C zoning district; a 1 .38-acre parcel (Tax ID# 9636), described as Par in W/z NE1/4 in 2022R-595778 Section 24, Township 43 North, Range 8 West, Town of Cable, Bayfield County, Wl. . Included in this request will be the EIA and Open Space requirement(s). Applicant has included a letter requesting waiver of Open Space requirements. Immediately following the public hearing, the Bayfield County Planning and Zoning Committee may approve, modify and approve, or disapprove the proposed items and/or proposed amendments and formulate and adopt its recommendations to the Bayfield County Board of Supervisors with respect thereto (if applicable).
