BAYFIELD COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMITTEE
DECEMBER 15, 2022, AT 4 P.M.

WASHBURN, WISCONSIN
The Bayfield County Planning and Zoning Committee of the County Board of Supervisors
will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 15, 2022, at 4:00 P.M. in the Board
Room of the Bayfield County Courthouse in Washburn, Wisconsin relative to the following:
Start Line Inn, LLC request a conditional use permit to have an After-the-Fact Multiple
Unit Development (consisting of principal/personal residence, existing residence above
bike/repair shop (2nd floor, 24'x30'), and existing residence above garage (2nd floor,
17.5'x40')) and operate an After-the-Fact 2-unit Short-term Rental Accommodation
(consisting of existing short-term rental above bike/repair shop (2nd floor, 24'x30') and
existing short-term rental above garage (2nd floor, 17.5'x40')) and Bicycle Repair and Ski
Sales (consisting of existing bike/repair shop (1st floor, 24'x30'), existing prefab storage
shed/proposed ski storage and showroom (32'x14'), and existing garage ski repair area
(1st floor, 20'x17'). Property is an R-RB zoning district; a 5.11-acre parcel (Tax ID# 8925);
described as S 1/2 of Lot 4, CSM #1095 in V. 7 P. 51, Doc# 457713, Section 20, Township
43 North, Range 7 West, Town of Cable, Bayfield County, Wl. Included in this request will
be the EIA and Open Space requirement(s). Applicant has included a letter requesting waiver of EIA
reauirements.
Immediately following the public hearing, the Bayfield County Planning and Zoning
Committee may approve, modify and approve, or disapprove the proposed items and/or
amendments and formulate and adopt its recommendations to the Bayfield County Board
of Supervisors with respect thereto (if applicable).

All interested parties are invited to attend said hearing to be heard. Any person wishing

hearing, the Planning and Zoning Committee will hold its regular monthly meeting.
