BAYFIELD COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMITTEE
SEPTEMBER 21, 2023, 4:00 P.M.

WASHBURN, WISCONSIN
The Bayfield County Planning and Zoning Committee of the County Board of Supervisors
will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 21, 2023, at 4:00 P.M. in the Board
Room of the Bayfield County Courthouse in Washburn, Wisconsin relative to the following:
Jeffrey D & Joanna R Koran request a conditional use permit to construct a second
residence on a parcel consisting of an existing 2-Story residence (28¼’ x 32 ’x 24’H) with
attached garage (27 3/4’ x 32’ x 20’H); and a new 1-Story Residence (32’x50’x29’H) with
basement, attached Garage (24’ x 30’ x 21’H); Deck (14’ x 56’); Deck #2 (6’ x 20’) and an
at grade Patio. Property is a F-1 zoning district; an 18.40–acre parcel (Tax ID# 38994),
located in part of the SE ¼ of the SW ¼ in Doc 2023R-598105, in Section 20, Township
51 North, Range 4 West, Town of Russell, Bayfield County, WI. Metes and bounds available
on the Planning and Zoning website (see below).
Immediately following the public hearing, the Bayfield County Planning and Zoning
Committee may approve, modify and approve, or disapprove the proposed items and/or
proposed amendments and formulate and adopt its recommendations to the Bayfield
County Board of Supervisors with respect thereto (if applicable).

All interested parties are invited to attend said hearing to be heard. Any person wishing

hearing, the Planning and Zoning Committee will hold its regular monthly meeting.
