BAYFIELD COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMITTEE
MARCH 21, 2024, 4:00 P.M.

The Bayfield County Planning and Zoning Committee of the County Board of Supervisors
will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 4:00 P.M. in the Board Room
of the Bayfield County Courthouse in Washburn, Wisconsin relative to the following:
Todd’s Redi Mix Concrete LLC, owner and Jeffery Johnson, Agent requests a
conditional use permit (w/wetlands present) to operate [Cement & Concrete Products
Mfg., (Sales, Storage)] consisting of a temporary concrete batch plant and to expand the
existing Conditional Use operation from 2003 (Permit #03-0741). The property is two (2)
parcels. Parcel #1 is an Ag-1 zoning district; a 9.387–acre parcel (Tax ID# 332),
described as W 60 Rods of N 25 Rods of S 45 Rods of NE ¼ of the SE ¼ together with
ease in V. 906 P. 294; and Parcel #2 is an Ag-1 zoning district; a 29.10–acre parcel (Tax
ID# 333); described as NE ¼ of the SE ¼ W of Sand Pit Rd less the W 60 Rods of the N
25 Rods of the S 45 Rods in V. 1000, P 670 together with easement, both parcels are in
Section 26, Township 48 North, Range 5 West, Town of Barksdale, Bayfield County, WI.
Immediately following the public hearing, the Bayfield County Planning and Zoning
Committee may approve, modify and approve, or disapprove the proposed items and/or
proposed amendments and formulate and adopt its recommendations to the Bayfield
County Board of Supervisors with respect thereto (if applicable).

All interested parties are invited to attend said hearing to be heard. Any person wishing
to attend who, because of a disability, requires special accommodations, should contact

meeting time, so appropriate arrangements can be made. Immediately after the public
hearing, the Planning and Zoning Committee will hold its regular monthly meeting.
