Sanitary Permit issuance, if required, needs to occur prior to Land Use Permit issuance. Failure to obtain a permit or starting construction without a permit will result in penalties. The local Town, Village, City, State or Federal agencies may also require permits. The new construction of one- & two-family dwellings requires review and approval by the local Uniform Dwelling Code (UDC) authority. Additions and alterations to one - and two-family dwellings may require review and approval by the UDC authority. All municipalities are required to enforce die UDC. I am not quite certain as to if I found the proposed site. I came in from the gravel road with a metal gate. There is a potential disturbance that could be for a garage next to a RV camper a privy and a solar collector of which I do not see any permits for. If this is the location after -the -fact permits will be needed for the privy and the if the RV is on the property for more than 21 days a year permits are required. The solar collector is within the 75 foot setback of a public water of the state and needs to be removed. and The property lines near this project need to be identified and flagged to a survey stake on both ends.
