RE: MEETING NOTICE
The Bayfield County Department of Human Services Board will hold the regular monthly meeting
on Tuesday December 3, 2024, at 3:45 p.m. An in person and remote meeting will originate from
the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) of the Bayfield County Courthouse Annex, Washburn,
Wisconsin. Remote participation is available via Microsoft Teams or by phone using the
information below.

Notice is hereby given, in the event the standing committee does not have a quorum, the County
Board Chair or Vice Chair may act as an ex officio member (County ordinance, Chapter 3, section
2-3-1(c).
Any person wishing to attend who, because of a disability, requires special accommodation, should
contact the Department of Human Services at 715-373-6144, at least 24 hours before the scheduled
meeting time, so appropriate arrangements can be made.
The agenda: Introductions; Notice of Board Member Resignation; Approval of the October 24, 2024,
Meeting Minutes; 2025-2027 Aging Plan; 2025 Department of Transportation 85.21 Application;
Department Section Reports; Department Updates; Monthly Financial and Training Reports;

The Board may entertain a motion to move in and out of Executive Session pursuant to
Wisconsin Statutes §19.85(1)(b); considering employment, promotion, compensation or
performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has
jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.
