Others Present: Liv Garramone (BC CST Case Manager), Sue Rosa (Bayfield County and DHS Board Member), Sarah Traaholt (Clerk) Call to order and Introductions: Weyers called the meeting to order at 10:00 and introductions were made. Introductions repeated after County Board Member, Sue Rosa, virtually joined the meeting at 10:08 a.m. Discussion and Possible Action - Review/adoption of minutes from July 9, 2024, meeting: Motion by Lampson, seconded by Weyers to approve the July 9, 2024, meeting minutes. All in favor, motion carried. Program Participants: Enrollment Report: The CLTS/CCOP program has 49 active enrollments, 1 that is now eligible and about to be enrolled and 6 active referrals. Weyers announced that a new full-time case manager will join Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS) team on Monday, August 16th. Coordinated Services Team Participation Report: Future reports  Garramone and Elizabeth Skulan met with Jess Beauchamp, CST/Wraparound Training Facilitator, from Off the Couch Counseling and Consultation and reviewed documents from other counties for personalizing and developing Bayfield County’s CST policies and procedures.  Weyers noted that CST is a new program in Bayfield County and is being built from scratch. Other Informational Items:  Weyers stated that a Bayfield County case manager, at family’s request, can attend IEP meetings to help advocate for participants that are enrolled in a Bayfield County program.  Weyers also noted that CESA 12 has dedicated staff for assistance with navigating IEP meetings. o Paulson expressed concerns with the school having to hire CESA before they would provide assistance. o Weyers added that some services do require a contract. In terms of advocacy, Stephanie Lulich is available for families who request services and can attend IEP meetings. Weyers will get Stephanie’s title and contact information and clarification on the process for the group.  Lampson attended non-profit fair in Ashland last week that was held in conjunction with the farmer’s market. Lampson would like a county presence at next year’s fair for targeted program outreach and to create connections with other available services in the community.
