Please note that this program has upwards of 200' of error. Ultimately it is on the property owner/applicant to know
where their property boundaries are and provide the setback information from adjacent property boundaries on the
application.

The following comments will need to be addressed to move forward with the sign permit application you submitted
for Tax ID 3071:
1. Need Affidavit of Authority (Corp) which allows Nick Hudstad to act on behalf of White Trash Storage LLC, see
attached. An electronic or emailed copy is fine but needs to be signed and notarized.
2. Verify overall height of sign is 10' and verify that the Department can add this information to your
application.
3. Provide all property line setbacks; north, south, east and west and verify that the Department can add this
information to your application.
4. Verify legal description is as stated on attached deed and verify that the Department can add this
information to your application.
Additionally, I sent a message to the County Highway Commissioner to verify the right-of-way for County Highway N.
Will follow up if there are any issues with the proposed setback from County Highway N.
