Not sure that it will add any new info for you or relevancy to our current permit application, but sending just in case it's useful for you to have general background. Definitely let me know what other info I can provide to help with the application (e.g. local ppl who want to live here in perpetuity, pay taxes here, send our daughter to school here, etc.). Our real aim is to run multiple local businesses, so that we have income streams outside of my remote job and can stay in the area. I have already indicated my thoughts on this issue, but I understand others in the Department may feet differently. Until you make a decision on this matter, I can't move forward with my application review as it impacts the required application materials, setbacks, and ordinance standards. As I also noted when I scanned you the applications, I had not yet completed my application review, so I did not use the review checklist. I scanned you and Deb a copy to make you aware of the application materials that I had received.
