Sanitary Permit issuance, if required, needs to occur prior to Land Use Permit issuance. Failure to obtain a permit or starting construction without a permit will result in penalties. The new construction of one- & two-family dwellings requires review and approval by the local Uniform Dwelling Code (UDC) authority.
