On the impervious surface form this is a unique piece of property as it was a resort at one time and was sold as 5 separate cabins at one time and a LLC was formed. My neighboring cabin at 9535S Buskey Bay is rebuilding his deck and I assume he has a permit for that as well, and he would have been required to submit an impervious surface report for his project. With that being said could I just use a duplicate copy of his form or a previous form on record with the $25 fee paid by me, as we are all on the same parcel of property with 5 different addresses. As for my proposed deck it would be pervious and open underneath it.
