A permit can be issued for development that exceeds 15% impervious surface but not more than 30% impervious surfaces with a mitigation plan that meets the requirements of the Bayfield County Ordinance(s). Existing Impervious Surfaces: For existing impervious surfaces that were lawfully placed when constructed but that do not comply with the standards in Section(s) 13-1-32(g) and Section 13-1-40(h), the property owner may do any of the following: a.
