Sanitary Permit issuance, if required, needs to occur prior to Land Use Permit issuance. Failure to obtain a permit or starting construction without a permit will result in penalties. The local Town, Village, City, State or Federal agencies may also require permits. The new construction of one- & two-family dwellings requires review and approval by the local Uniform Dwelling Code (UDC) authority. On page 2 of your application, you list the setback from the road centerline to the garage as 23 feet. Long Lake Road is a town road, so all structures must be 63 feet from the road centerline. Can you update the setback between the garage and the centerline on pg. 2 of your application, and send me an updated site plan drawing with a setback of at least 63 feet from the road centerline? 2. Can you please send me the dimensions of the garage, including a floor plan and elevations? I've also attached our Land Use Permit application information packet which includes examples on pages 4-5.
