I noticed there were glass doors toward the bank of the building that seemed to lead to a separate room and windows that look like there could be a second story in the back. Before I approve your application, I will need a floor plan that shows the rooms in the garage and clarifies whether there is an additional story in the back. There is an example floor plan on pg. 4 of our Land Use Permit application. Floor plans can be hand drawn as long as they clearly show the measurements and use of each room.
