Dear Committee Members:
Please be advised that the upcoming meeting of the Children’s Community Options Program & Coordinated
Services Team Advisory Committee will be held on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. An in
person and remote meeting will originate from Conference Room A, Washburn, Wisconsin.

Notice is hereby given, in the event the standing committee does not have a quorum, the County Board Chair
or Vice Chair may act as an ex officio member (County ordinance, Chapter 3, section 2-3-1 (c))
The agenda for this meeting is as follows:
AGENDA
1. Call to order + introductions.
2. Discussion and possible action for review/adoption of Sept 10, 2024, meeting minutes
3. Children’s Long Term Support program enrollment report
52 enrolled, 2 now eligible about to be enrolled, 2 referrals
4. Coordinated Services Team participation report, TBD for a later meeting
5. Other informational items from or to the committee
Annual CCOP plans are no longer required, permanent policy from pandemic allowance
Currently hiring an additional Case Manager for CLTS/CCOP
6. 2025 Meeting Dates
January 14, March 11, May 13, July 8, September 9, November 4 (because Nov 11 is a holiday)
