Please be advised that the upcoming meeting of the Children’s Community Options will be held on Tuesday,
July 8, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. An in-person and remote meeting will originate from Conference Room A,
Washburn, Wisconsin.

Notice is hereby given, in the event the standing committee does not have a quorum, the County Board Chair
or Vice Chair may act as an ex officio member (County ordinance, Chapter 3, section 2-3-1 (c))
The agenda for this meeting is as follows:

1. Call to order + introductions.
2. Discussion and possible action for review/adoption of May 13, 2025, meeting minutes
3. Children’s Long Term Support program enrollment report
55 enrolled + 1 transfer about to be enrolled, and 3 referrals
4. CLTS Maintenance of Effort (MOE) potential changes

Bayfield County does not have an MOE, so suggested changes would reduce our CCOP allocation
5. Other informational items from or to the committee – September 9 meeting considerations
