Please be advised that the upcoming meeting of the Children’s Community Options will be held on Tuesday,
August 12, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. An in-person and remote meeting will originate from Conference Room A,
Washburn, Wisconsin.

3. Children’s Long Term Support program enrollment report

Draft of proposed Resolution of this Committee’s stance
5. Other informational items from or to the committee
6. 2025 Meeting Dates
