Please be advised that the upcoming meeting of the Children’s Community Options Advisory Committee will
be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. An in-person and remote meeting will originate from
Lake Superior Conference Room (formerly Conference Room A), Washburn, Wisconsin.

3. Children’s Long Term Support program enrollment report
