Discussion and Possible Action - Review/adoption of minutes from November 12, 2024, meeting: Motion by Hanson seconded by Lampson to approve November 12, 2024, meeting minutes. All in favor, motion carried. Welcome: Welcome newly appointed citizen member Kristin Stark. Program Participants: Enrollment Report: The CLTS/CCOP program has 52 active enrollments and 2 active referrals.  All kids in CLTS also qualify for CCOP Services.  The program seems to have leveled out lately with an average of 52 enrollments. Other Informational Items:  Circles of Life Conference, May 3-9, https://familyvoiceswi.org/circles-of-life-conference/ o Held at the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells o Also offers breakout sessions/workshops for siblings o CLTS/CCOP can pay for the conference and can help fund expenses incurred for attending the conference with program funds.  Paulson asked about Equine Therapy and if Bayfield County is back to letting participants use Hooves of Joy. o Weyers stated that as of January 1, 2025, WIDHS is the sole member holding contracts with providers which includes Hooves of Joy. There are no contracts at local level anymore which means participants can use Hooves of Joy again presently.  Lampson stated that she has had concerned citizens approach her about the programs that may be affected by what is going on in the country with potential changes to funding. Are participants of county and state programs going to lose services. o Weyers stated that as of right now we have not received any news from the State about program changes. Our CLTS program runs on a 5-year review, so Weyers is hoping that the county does not have to worry about anything until after 2026. Weyers stated to please reach out to elected officials with any questions as they may have more information.
