CHILDREN’S COMMUNITY OPTIONS PROGRAM ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES
Bayfield County Courthouse Conference Room B &

Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
Committee Members Present: Hayley Weyers, Anna Hanson, Sherri Paulson- Tamarack/Behavioral
Health (virtual), Michelle Lampson
Others Present: Christopher O’Dell, JoBeth Gonzalez
Call to order and Introductions: Weyers called the meeting to order at 10:07 and introductions
were made.
Discussion and Possible Action - Review/adoption of minutes from March 11, 2025, meeting:
Motion by Hanson seconded by Lampson to approve March 11, 2025, meeting minutes.
All in favor, motion carried.
Program Participants: Enrollment Report: The CLTS/CCOP program has 53 active enrollments and 3
active referrals.
Weyers stated that the timelines for enrollment are being met. She also stated there is an
enrollment dashboard for the State of WI, as well as Bayfield County on the Bayfield County
website (https://www.dhs.wisconsin.gov/clts/enrollment-dashboard.htm).

o Weyers shared a website and informative graph, showing current funding and how cuts to
certain programs will affect that funding in the future. She further discussed there will be
minimal effect during the time immediately following the budget cuts, but the effect will
grow over time. She hopes there will be a course correction before that time, since this will
be a large burden for the State of WI.
Weyers informed the committee that starting with the July 2025 meeting, all meetings will go back
to being held in Conference Room A.
Hanson asked if there were any summer workshops for children. Weyers stated that summer was
a slow time but suggested reaching out to UW-Extension for summer activities.
Future Meeting Dates: All 2025 meetings will be held in Conference Room B.

November 4, 2025
