CHILDREN’S COMMUNITY OPTIONS PROGRAM ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES
Bayfield County Courthouse Conference Room A &
Remote via Teams Meeting or Phone
Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
Committee Members Present: Hayley Weyers, Anna Hanson, Sherri Paulson- Tamarack/Behavioral
Health (virtual), and Michelle Lampson
Others Present: Ann Ehler
Call to order and Introductions: Weyers called the meeting to order at 10:04 am, and introductions
were made.
Discussion and Possible Action - Review/adoption of minutes from July 8, 2025, meeting:
Motion by Hanson, seconded by Lampson, to approve July 8, 2025, meeting minutes. All in
favor, motion carried.
Program Participants: Enrollment Report: The CLTS/CCOP program has 56 active enrollments + 1 eligible
about to be enrolled, and 2 active referrals.
CLTS Maintenance of Effort (MOE), potential changes:
• Draft of proposed Resolution of this Committee’s stance
o Made revisions with input from committee members present.
o Will do poll vote by email to approve draft once it’s revised and before it is submitted
to the DHS Board for their September 2025 meeting. Can be part of formal record as long
as all committee members vote.
Other Informational Items:
• None.
Future Meeting Dates: All 2025 meetings will be held in Conference Room A.
• November 4, 2025
Adjournment: Weyers adjourned the meeting at 11:04 a.m. [Moved by Lampson and seconded by
Hanson.]
