Call to order + introductions. 2. Discussion and possible action for review/adoption of November 4, 2025, meeting minutes 3. Children’s Long Term Support program enrollment report • 60 enrolled + 1 eligible and being enrolled + 4 referrals 4. Other informational items from or to the committee • From November meeting, follow-up from the 2025 Government shutdown / reopening occurred 11/12/25 (Dept of Education, Dept of Housing and Urban Development and others, RIF reversal through H.R. 5371 https://www.congress.gov/bill/119th-congress/house- bill/5371) • A few examples of upcoming conferences this year, for which CCOP often can be used to help with select travel and accommodation expenses for families attending in person: a.
