4. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding Resolution to Approve an Application for Broadband
Expansion in Bayfield County from Bertram Communications LLC for BEAD Funding and
Authorize the Board Chair to submit a letter of Support.

5. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding Letter of Support for Wisconsin Department of
Revenue, Municipal Innovation Planning Grant, to further investigate and plan for County Wide
EMS.
