Is the drawing of the map the problem or the deed that has the lot lines? 2. The closest lot line is to the south, about 77 ft away from the house, (150 feet to daycare door) but his house is about a quarter mile down the road, to the east, my husbands aunt owns the land (Kim Nelson). Her lot starts about 300 feet from our house. To the north (My In -Laws) are about 200+ feet, and to the west we are over 1000 feet from the neighbors, they are across Range Line RD. 3. Indoor play area is 38x33, outdoor fenced in area is 50x29, right now, we will expand this slightly in summer. 4. We have no outdoor storage, there are lights by the daycare door, and on all peaks of the house. Dalhberg also put in a security light on the corner of our driveway. 5. Yes, I have consulted with the sanitary department about this. They determined that my septic is fine for 9 kids that do not live here. I have 4 kids, which is why I am goingfor a licence of 12. (My 4, plus 8 that do not live here) Being licensed, my own kids do need to count in my ratios, which is why I would like to do 12. I'd really like to be on the agenda for the Dec. 18th meeting.
