This meeting will be held in- person. The agenda for this meeting is as follows: 1. Call to Order. 2. Public Comment – Limited to 3 minutes per person. 15 minutes total. 3. Approval of the November 11, 2024 Meeting Minutes. 4. 2025 Annual Work Plan. Discussion and action regarding the 2025 Forestry and Parks Department annual work plan. 5. Resolution: 2024 Budget Amendment. Discussion and possible action regarding end of year amendments to the 2024 Forestry and Parks Department operating budget. 6. Resolution: 2025 Budget Amendment. Discussion and possible action regarding amendments to the 2025 Forestry and Parks Department operating budget. 7. Monthly Reports. Discussion of general activities, events, issues and accomplishments. Possible action on the report(s) only. a) Forestry (all updates): a. 2024 Budget. b. Carbon Project. c. Land Acquisition Projects. i. Landowner Outreach Update. ii. Iron River/Maki Community Forest. iii. Whittlesey Creek. iv. Grant Applications. d. 4-H Properties at Topside Lake. e.
