This meeting will be held in- person. The agenda for this meeting is as follows: 1. Call to Order. 2. Public Comment – Limited to 3 minutes per person. 15 minutes total. 3. Approval of the September 8, 2025 Meeting Minutes. 4. Fall Timber Sales. Discussion and action regarding the approval of the 2025 fall timber sale offering. 5. Resolution: Knowles-Nelson Stewardship Grant Application for the Acquisition of County Forest Land. Discussion and possible action regarding the resolution. 6. Recreational Use Agreement. American Birkebeiner Ski Foundation (ABSF). Discussion and possible action regarding the updated recreational use agreement with ABSF. 7. Monthly Reports. Discussion of general activities, events, issues and accomplishments. Possible action on the report(s) only. a) Forestry (all updates): a. 2025 Budget. b. 2026 Budget. c. Carbon Project. d.
