This meeting will be held in-person. The agenda for this meeting is as follows: 1. Call to Order. 2. Public Comment – Limited to 3 minutes per person. 15 minutes total. 3. Approval of the November 10, 2025 Meeting Minutes. 4. 2026 Workplan. Discussion and action regarding the annual Forestry and Parks Department workplan. 5. Local Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan (LCORP). Discussion and possible action regarding updates to the five-year LCORP. 6. Resolution: Adopting the Bayfield County Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan (2026-2030). Discussion and possible action regarding the resolution. 7. Resolution: 2026 Budget Amendment. Expenditures for the Replacement of County Forest Land. Discussion and possible action regarding an amendment to the 2026 Forestry and Parks Department budget. 8. Access Permit Request. Lon and Sandra Gouak. Discussion and possible action regarding a request to access property located in the Town of Hughes. 9. Monthly Reports. Discussion of general activities, events, issues and accomplishments. Possible action on the report(s) only. a) Forestry (all updates): a. 2025 Budget. b. 2026 Budget.
