Can you provide an updated site plan showing the dimensions of the structure, and noting the apron and entry? See attached site plan example. In talking with Tracy, he was struggling to match the information on pg. 1 related to the entry and apron with site plan submitted. The site plan only showed a box with no dimensions forthe proposed structure so there was uncertainty as to whether the entry and apron were included and setbacks included were from the furthest extension of the structure including the apron and entry. This will make it is easier to confirm how the structure is oriented on the site and confirm that setbacks are being met. Also, given the proposed design of the structure, we will be sending a separate email to the property owner, noting that the structure is not to be used for dwelling or sleeping purposes.
