There appears to be a lot of land modifications including brush removal, grading and digging in what are likely wetlands and intermittent streams. Have you reached out to the DNR for filling/grading permitting and/or wetland delineation? The stream running adjacent to your new structure will also have to be assessed for navigability. The DNR's definition of what is considered a navigable stream is much broader than what most people would think. Being intermittent, by DNR standards, does not make a stream non - navigable by their standards. It is only required to be navigable by a canoe a single day of the year. If it did turn out to be navigable, your shed would have to meet a 75' setback from the high water mark of that stream. Since this project was began without permitting, we were not able to determine this. Anyway, please let me know if you have been working with the DNR on work you have been doing in the potential wetlands. Also, I did just notice (after I had been out there) that on your application you indicated that this structure will not be staked until June. I'm not sure I understand since this structure is already in place. Please clarify.
