Sanitary permit issuance, if required, needs to occur prior to Land Use Permit issuance. Failure to obtain a permit or starting construction without a permit will result in penalties. The local Town, Village, City, State or Federal agencies may also require permits. The new construction of one- & two-family dwellings requires review and approval by the local Uniform Dwelling Code (UDC) authority. Additions and alterations to one - and two-family dwellings may require review and approval by the UDC authority. All municipalities are required to enforce the UDC. "Impervious surface" excludes frozen soil but includes rooftops, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots and streets unless specifically designed, constructed and maintained to be pervious. One of your applications indicates that it is for a change of use. Does this structure (house?) already exist? In section D you indicate that is for residence, but you also checked "other"? Can you please explain? Also, your site plan is difficult to understand. What do the arrows represent? You don't indicate any setbacks otherthan the ordinary high-water mark. How far is this structure from your property lines? And is your second application for a deck that will be attached to the structure in your first application?
