Hi Dylan,
I don't know why I scanned the plans in when I had the PDF files!!!
The height of the garage at the tallest point is 18'
You are welcome to write on the plans.
Thank you so much for your prompt attention. FYI, we have updated surveys for the adjacent property
and this one, both done by Nelson Surveying.
Best wishes,
Ann

Good morning, Ann,
Could you please tell me the height of the garage? And do I have your permission to write
that number on the floor plan and on the first page of the application?
The floor plan is too blurry to read the numbers, but we should be fine as long as you let me
know the height.
Or you could provide a clearer copy of the floor plan if you have it.
Thanks,
Dylan Ortman

Also our plan is to add on to the existing driveway as shown in attachment. Not how is it drawn on the
original plan submitted with the application. So less of an increase in impervious surface.
Thank you,

Good to hear from you. The existing gravel driveway covers 630 square feet. Let me know if

I am copying my builder on this, hope that is okay.
3 corners of the proposed garage are marked with stakes with multicolored flags. The 4th
would fall within the shed where it is currently standing.

I have friends staying at the cabin next week, I will not be up there. Please reach out if you

Hi Ann,
I'm just reviewing your impervious surface form for Land Use Permit
application for 89300 E Romans Point Road.
You did not include the existing driveway on the impervious surface form.
Driveways, even if they are natural surfaces, are considered impervious
because of the compaction they experience.
Can you please send me the size of the existing driveway so I can add it to
the form?
I plan to make a site visit next week.
Kind regards,
