The local Town, Village, City, State or Federal agencies may also require permits. The new construction t&IA two-family
dwellings requires review and approval by the local Uniform Dwelling Code (UDC) authority. Ad0igera% n4 alngtiouadp one -
and two-family dwellings may require review and approval by the UDC authority. All municipalities are required to enforce the
UDC.
