I know the Lots are being combined through a CSM, but for me to approve the application before the CSM is complete, the proposed garage will need to be 10' from the lot line between Lot 1 and Lot 2. That lot line will also need to be marked (it isn't currently), so I can confirm the setback. I'm in the office this morning, so feel free to give me a call to talk about it.
