I'll just make a note on the current site plan that it is a future deck. Since that Land Use Permit application will not be for a Class A, it will just have our standard fee of $0.20 a square foot for accessory structures, with a minimum fee of $75. Essentially, if the deck is 375 square feet or less, the fee will be $75. about:blank?windowld=SecondaryReadingPane70 1/4 Emily Macgillivray From: Brittny Cloutier <cloutierbrittny@gmail.com> Sent: Monday, June 8, 2026 1:43 PM To: Emily Macgillivray Subject: Re: Land Use Permit application for 22180 Hwy 13 (Tax ID 7975) Hi Emily, Thanks forthe follow-up. I'm clearly new to this, so thanks for your help and patience as I navigate the process. Since the deck is a separate application, we will wait on installing that; one thing at a time. Let me know if you need me to re -draw and submit a new diagram without a deck. For future reference, when we do submit an application for a deck, will separate pre and post inspections happen at that time? Will there be additional inspection costs to budget for, in addition to the $250 Land use permit application? About pressurized water, I may have erroneously checked that box, without understanding what qualifies as pressurized water. I'm hoping that when we install a new pump on the existing wellthat it works. Assuming it does, it will fill a small (presumably non -pressurized) holding tank in the camper that gets fed to faucets and such via a pump in the camper that only turns on upon demand. It will only be turned on while we're there. Is this scenario considered non -pressurized, in which case you would modify our application as such? Last April sometime I called the following x3924 number and the older gentleman said they don't go as far as our property. I did not also call the other listed numbers. Feel free to call or email; whichever is easier for you. I will wait for your reply before finding a septic -pumping -person to complete the maintenance agreement. Thanks!
